Redrock Systems LLC
Last updated: October 21, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how Redrock Systems LLC, a Colorado limited liability company (doing business as "Redrock Systems") ("Redrock," "we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, and shares personal information in connection with:
- our website at redrocksystems.net (the "Site"); and
- our business relationships with prospective and current clients, partners, and vendors, including business contact information of their personnel.
Redrock provides business-to-business (B2B) AI advisory services, including fractional Chief AI Officer ("CAIO") services, to organizations primarily in the United States, and may also work with clients outside the United States. The Site is not directed to consumers or to children under 13.
This Policy does not cover personal information we process on behalf of clients while performing services ("Client Data"). Client Data is governed by our agreements with each client, and the client's own privacy notices apply.
1. Information We Collect
Information you provide to us
- Contact details: name, job title, company, business email, phone number.
- Inquiry content: messages submitted through forms, email, or scheduling tools, including information about your organization's AI goals.
- Event and content information: registration details for webinars, newsletters, or downloadable resources.
- Business relationship information: billing contacts, contract details, and communications with client and vendor personnel.
Information collected automatically
- Device and usage data: IP address, browser type, device type, pages viewed, referring URLs, and dates/times of visits.
- Server logs: our hosting provider may automatically record basic request information, such as IP address, browser type, and the pages requested, for security and operation of the Site.
Information from other sources
- Publicly available professional information (for example, company websites or professional networking profiles).
- Referrals from partners or existing clients.
We ask that you not submit sensitive personal information (such as government ID numbers, health information, or financial account numbers) through the Site.
2. How We Use Information
We use personal information to:
- respond to inquiries and schedule consultations;
- evaluate, propose, deliver, and administer our services;
- send business communications, including newsletters and service updates (you can opt out at any time);
- operate, secure, maintain, and improve the Site;
- invoice and collect payment;
- comply with legal obligations and enforce our agreements; and
- protect the rights, property, and safety of Redrock, our clients, and others.
AI tools. We may use third-party software, including AI-enabled productivity tools (for example, for drafting emails, summarizing meeting notes, or managing our CRM), to process business contact information for the purposes above. We configure these tools, where available, so that inputs are not used to train the vendor's general models.
3. How We Share Information
We do not sell personal information for money. We may share personal information with:
- Service providers that support our business (for example, hosting, email, CRM, scheduling, payment processing, and AI productivity tools), subject to contractual obligations;
- Professional advisors such as lawyers, accountants, and insurers;
- Subcontractors assisting with client engagements, under confidentiality obligations;
- Legal and safety recipients where required by law or to protect rights and safety; and
- Business transfer recipients in connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of assets.
4. Marketing Communications
We send two kinds of email: marketing emails (such as newsletters and workshop invitations) and transactional or relationship emails (such as messages about an engagement, invoices, or scheduling). You can unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time using the link in each email or by contacting us at info@redrocksystems.net, and we will honor your request within 10 business days. Unsubscribing from marketing does not stop transactional or relationship emails. Our marketing emails identify Redrock Systems LLC (Redrock Systems) and include our postal address.
5. Cookies
The Site does not currently set cookies and does not use analytics, advertising, or cross-site tracking technologies. Fonts and images are served from our own servers. Links to third-party services, such as our scheduling page, take you to those providers' websites, where their own privacy policies and cookie practices apply. If we add cookies or similar technologies in the future, we will update this Policy.
You can control cookies through your browser settings.
6. Data Retention
We retain personal information for as long as needed for the purposes described in this Policy, including to maintain business relationships, meet legal, tax, and accounting requirements, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. Generally, we keep inquiry and prospect information for up to 24 months after our last contact, client engagement records for up to 7 years after the engagement ends, and marketing preferences until you unsubscribe (we keep a record of the opt-out so we can honor it). When information is no longer needed, we delete or de-identify it.
7. Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect personal information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
8. Your Choices and Rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information, or to opt out of certain processing. To make a request, contact us at info@redrocksystems.net. We may need to verify your identity before responding. We will not discriminate against you for exercising applicable rights.
9. California Business Contacts
If you are a California resident whose information we hold in a business context (for example, as a contact at a client, prospect, or vendor), you may have rights under California law regarding your personal information, which may include rights to know, access, correct, and delete it, and to opt out of any sale or sharing. We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. To make a request, email info@redrocksystems.net.
10. International Visitors
Redrock is based in the United States and serves U.S. businesses first, but does not exclude clients or contacts in other countries. Information is processed in the United States. If you are located outside the U.S., your information will be transferred to and processed in the U.S. By using the Site or providing information to us, you understand that your information will be processed in the United States, where data protection laws may differ from those in your country.
11. Children
The Site is not intended for children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.
12. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Policy from time to time. We will post the updated version with a new "Last updated" date and, where required, provide additional notice.
